The beers
4.4% · Golden ale
Ding Dong
A crisp, golden ale balancing bright citrus and subtle seasonal notes. At 4.4% it’s perfectly crafted for the holiday season.
4.6% · Dark copper ale
Maple
Malty flavour, deep red colour and a slight hoppy hit at the end.
4.2% · Golden ale
Sunshine
A refreshing golden ale, it is packed with floral and citrus aromas from the cascade hops and has a distinctive dry finish.
4.0% · Session pale ale
MPA
Brewed using Maris Otter barley, it gives this beer a beautifully light colour. It has gentle malt flavours and soft hop aromas with hints of grapefruit and lychee.
5.0% · Strong golden ale
Mischief
A strong golden ale that’s not overly hopped. It’s refreshing and easily quaffable for a 5% ale, hence the name! A British style IPA brewed with a great balance of malts and hops this beer is an easy drinking brew with a slight sweetness in the finish.
4.0% · British bitter
Malties
A copper-coloured ale brewed for drinkers who appreciate depth without heaviness. Its gentle toffee notes drawn from carefully selected barley to create a warm, rounded character that lingers just long enough to satisfy. Crafted to be gluten free without compromising flavour, this is an easy-drinking ale that still delivers the richness you expect from a traditional malt-led brew.
4.2% · Red IPA
Red IPA
You can taste the malt characteristic from the crystal, chocolate, and black malts with a punch of hop from the Mosaic and Jester hops. It has perfect bitterness, and intense hop aromas from the mosaic, jester and magnum hops.
4.6% · IPA
Hazy IPA
Hazy IPA has punch, full of mosaic and Citra hops. It has all the fruity and juicy flavours of tropical fruit. At the same time is cleverly designed to be light and refreshing. At 4.6% this thirst-quenching easy drinking beer hits all the right spots.
4.0% · Lager
Lager
Very lightly hopped using Hersbrucker hops, and a traditional lager malt with a bittersweet finish.
5.5% · Oatmeal stout
Dark Secret
A rich full bodied oatmeal stout, with hints of chocolate and coffee flavours.
4.6% · Premium golden ale
Masquerade
A premium golden ale with tropical fruit flavours, and a distinctive hop aroma from Simcoe and Cascade Hops.
4.0% · Traditional stout
Gwyn A Du
A smooth easy drinking traditional stout with a gentle sweet finish. It’s made using Dragon hops for a soft bitterness.
